I'm scared to post this for fear of the worst, but could yall let me know whether or not this would be considered "excessive blow-by"? I did the "oil cap test", and it does fine, but the amount of smoke I find concerning.

Did you check it when the motor was "hot", do you have a build up of oil on your intake side of your turbo?
