Hi all, my 94 F350 has some electrical issues.

My blower fan stays running in the OFF position down at your feet. If it was blower motor resistor wouldn't I just have high speed on the fan? There is a gray connector drivers side, kind of right up under the dash where the little storage pocket thing is. Not sure what this is? It is unplugged for some reason. Also coolant temp gauge barely moves and is not working. Where is the sending unit for this? And finally park brake lamp does not light up on dash when depressed, where is the sensor for this?

Thanks,
Eric

Coolant Temp - Mine is and always has done this too... Come up to the first line and barely climbs to "N" in Normal on a 100* day pulling an 8000lb boat.

E-Brake - there is a little wire that clips to the bracket down by the kick panel. When my light quit working this clip had come loose.

Don't know the answers to the others...

Are you positive that the blower motor is running in the off position? The temp gauge on these trucks normally indicates the "N-O" position when warm. This is a normal reading on the factory gauge. The wire that goes to the parking brake sensor may have a loose connection. Try depressing the parking brake and then wiggle the wire at its attachment point and see if the light comes on. The gray connector under the dash could be one of a few connectors. It could be for the lights/door module, or the keyless remote entry module, or one of a few other connectors that are not used depending on how your truck was equipped.

Well my temp gauge BARELY moves at all. Doesn't ever reach the normal operating range lines.

For the blower motor, Im getting air at my feet even in the off position. Not much, but a little air coming from the feet ducts.

Should I try plugging in that gray connector and she what happens?

The tem gauge does barely move. That is normal with the factory gauge. Do you see anything that the gray connector should plug into? Very little air coming from the ducts when, while sitting still or while moving down the road?

Yes, the plugin for the gray connector is right next to it where it is just dangling. OK, guess I wont worry about the temp guage. Would snap a pic but truck is down the road in my buddies shop. There is air even when I am at a dead stop.

Well then I would plug it back in. Oh that may be the door/headlight module that the previous owner probably disconnected because they are annoying when working on the truck. You may have either a bad fan control switch or a faulty resistor block for the blower motor. It sounds like it only goes to low and not off completely.
