pb blast the living sh%t out of the exhaust and turbo bolts. dont remove the intake manifold, just remove the passenger side bolts and loosen the drivers side bolts until there are a few threads left holding it, then pry up on the passenger side and remove the cooler. there is no need to remove the fuel or oil filter. ive done two deletes and im thinking next time i could do it without removing the alternator or serpentine belt. your going to need some long extensions and swivels to remove the up pipes and down pipe, undo the flange on the end of the down pipe and loosen both up pipes because it will make your life much easier getting the turbo back in
