My truck has fuel leak from under the hood that catapulted e fuel to the first priority for upgrades...

I’m doing a DIY kit with fuelab 515 regulator, Bosch -044 SD style pump, spin on Wix pre and post filters, all in my possession ready to go in.

Plan is to use the existing return lines but still need suggestions for:

1. A distribution/y block to feed the heads

2. What type of fittings are recommended? (JIC, npt, push lock)

3. Will stock size supply lines be enough for 205/30s? Plan is to keep both tanks and selector valve if possible

4. A removable plug for the mechanical fuel pump hole. Planning on irate T4 setup

2) Whatever you like

3) Stock lines on the motor are good for 250s I think. Selector valve isn't good for anything more than stock IMO.

I spliced my system into the stock fuel lines on the frame just after the selector valve.
If you are going that route, I want to say they were 5/16.

Always good to run 1/2" or 5/8" pickup, but not required.

Would it work to run the 3/8” lines off the tanks into into my pre filter since it has 2 inputs available?

Then half inch to the pump and up to the heads?
