I bought a set of new with paper tags, P265-75R16's at an auction with overstock tires. When I got home, I realized that they are not LT tires. Since I bought them at auction, they are not returnable. Can I run them on my F350 with 7.3L? I do not use the truck to haul anything heavy and do not pull any trailers. The most weight I may carry in the bed would be 2-3 hundred pounds if that.

What's the load range on them? At or over 3000lbs? Load range D or E? Then yes I'd run them, otherwise I'd try selling them on craig's list and put the money towards another set.

The tires are marked "standard load max load 2601lbs. at 44psi ; 4 plies under tread - 2 plies polyester, 2 plies steel ; sidewall - 2 plies polyester"
What do you guys think, will they work?

I wouldn't. The truck will probably feel squirrely on the highway.
