Hey everybody, I'm gettin ready to install a Bulldog keyless entry system. It seems pretty straight forward as long as you know what dour lock type you have....and I don't.
The vehicle is a 2000 F350 XLT CCLB.
Also couldn't find out if the bulldog operates just the driver door?, or all the doors at once.

Thanks for any insight..
Spencer

Thanks ZMann, guess it's time to probe some wires now.
Ended up going with the viper system, and I've got a wiring print book on the truck coming, so maybe this will be easier than I expected.
Thanks again,
Oh and by the way, I asked Ford about the ESOF conversion and they said hell no...not gonna happen.
I guess now we know!

mine needed add on modules to get the remote start and the alarm portion working properly

as most vehicles do I have a pile of them from when this was in my GM LOL

being a X installer for a short period of time I would take this somewhere and pay the money to have it done like ZMann said its a total pain in the a$$ and if something goes wrong or shorts out its on them to fix for free not you to take hours upon potential hours to track down the issue.

x installer ? short career ?
JB did u blow up a 6.0 doing an install and get fired ??

LOL kidding
thats sound advice IMHO

I weighed all the options I even pulled the viper out of my GM

but I knew it would take extra components so I took it back to where I bought it originally ( Audio Express ) aka Home of the 1 $ wire fire
and had them do the install it took 6 hours and 2 trips

i heard them on the phone with DEI numerous times the truck would start then die

finally they got it set I went home fixed all the connections ( removed scotch locks)
and then dialed in my stuff with my DEI programmer

that would have been a epic story but no nothing that cool was just working there on the side for about a year to make some extra cash and learn about it because I have always been into stereos. the worst thing I ever had to learn or install were those damn alarms with automatic start took me 6 hours to do my first one LOL. there is 2 things I have learned not to mess with electrical and plumbing one shocks the hell out of you the other well you know its a $hitty job haha.
