Well after reading all the rants about whose intercooler is best, I got one. Not just any IC, I am now the proud owner of the worlds fastest 7.3 IC, compliments of Snow White (and David Lott).
I was a bit sceptical as to how well it would work, but I gotta say I'm really impressed! My temps are down by +/-100 degrees at cruise and over 150 pulling a hill unloaded. Should have done this a long time ago.:redspotdance:

Are they leak tested now? Or did you have it tested?

I think they come with a air compressor and fitting to check before install...

As for the pressure testing... I'm sure Davids truck makes alot more "booosht" than mine if it didn't leak in his truck, I'm sure it'll be fine in mine.:lame:

These are man made parts...failures will occur. There is no "best" as far as I'm concerned. There's only what's "best" for you.
