You'll have to start disconnecting fuses while watching power draw to see which circuit it's on, and then dive deeper once you have it narrowed down. Only way to do it unfortunately. And to my knowledge, there isn't really any one common thing which can cause it on these trucks. I'd look for any obvious shorts first. Oh, also, if you have a lot of corrosion buildup around your battery terminals, that's caused by current flowing between the two posts due to water/electrolyte being on the battery, and can cause a slow drain as well.
