Cut off exhaust tip?

i doubt it...but if you're deleted removing the stock tip might call attention to the fact that you are deleted?.just a thought,....although I'm sure many guys on here have aftermarket tips and have no issues so it probaby depends more on where you're located and the authorities in your area.

I'm not deleted yet. I just hate the look of those things. I was planning on cutting it enough to where it's kinda hidden below the bedside. In Iowa we don't have much for emissions laws either. We're never checked if we start rolling and don't have to smog them.

Mine had been cut off before I got the truck, and I love it. Tucked up underneath and barely visible. It appears like it's turned down just a tad from others I have seen, but I can't say that it truly is. No heat or soot side effects either. I do know that it works great as a leaf blower in my neighborhood though.
