from some searching, i think i might have a cps issue: about 5 days ago my truck was sitting still idleing, i was loading some tools on my trailer and it sounded like my truck ran out of fuel for 1/2 second, yesterday pulling the boat shifting from 3-4 wot it did it again, today shifting 3-4 getting on it pretty hard did it again? any help would be great.truck in my sig, 222000 mi not sure if cps is original,

Classic bad CPS symptoms! I would try a new CPS since they are only $20 or so (they used to be over $100). If that doesn't solve the problem (I'm betting it would), you then have a spare for the glovebox which is always a good idea. Cheers!

Hard to catch it, I know, but if you happen to see the tach drop at the moment it hiccups, that's another hint that it's the CPS.
