Got the check engine light yesterday, so I pulled into O'Reilley's to borrow their scanner. Code P0405 EGR Sensor A Circuit Low and EGR Circuit Range/Performance came up. I cleared 'em anyway. I purchased this truck (2006 F250) a few weeks ago, has 130k miles on it. It's been very well maintained, but I don't need this crap now, or ever. I'm looking for a permanent solution for this problem. I am assuming the whole EGR delete tube and so on, plus some sort of add-on tuner will do it? I also need some real world recommendations... ;)

I'm a total noob when it comes to diesels/turbos, but I can do most any mechanical work. I've got a bitchin' set of tools... :D

BTW, no emmissions testing in KS... :D
TIA,
Paul

Doug @ GOGO

They both sell great full EGR deletes. They also both sell SCT's with tunes to keep the CEL cleared off your dash. They are also both vendors here. I'm sure they will chime in.

Pull the up-pipe and weld it up, if a full kit suits you talk to Doug @ GOGO.
