Well if you had a 7.3 I'd say sure, but you have a 6.0 and I don't think I recall anyone putting chromoly's in.

 

When I had mine apart, I noticed that the copper ends were starting to get cracks in them.
I ordered a set of chromoly pushrods for it. Cheap insurance.

I would say that if you have the extra coin to spare then why not go ahead and do it. Alot better to go in there once and get stuff squared away then to let it go and deal with the aftermath again.
