I have a CCV mod on truck with a catch can , has been on about 3000 miles and when I checked it the can has about 2 0z of oil in it but it is real thick and milky. Also had about 1/2 oz of clear water in it. What do you guys see, is your oil in can milky also? and do you collect water also? JiM

Where is the catch can located? Is it possible that it's location is allowing water to get in if you are going down the road and it's raining or any other scenario where it could get wet?

It is actually a trap located in line with original plumbing , does not vent to atmosphere. Located on ft of core support below Cold Air pipe.

Sounds like condensation, especially if it is close to your intake. Sounds like you may be in a humid enviroment?

You may be right, Upstate New York has been Wet and Rainy for 2 months. Now has been above normal temps and humid.
