With injectors that turbo should spool plenty fast, if you want more go with a smaller housing. The power gain would not even be noticed IMO. As for the spinning sound after shut down... well, seems like alot of work/time/money for that "gain"
BB turbos do tend to spin longer after shutdown... just the way they are because of the reduced frictional force in the bearings. Its really not any insane amount longer to notice if you werent the owner listeninig for it.
