I have new stand pipes and dummy plugs ready to go in. I just want to test and see if I need to first.

I'm getting 11.3 mpg
Truck always cranks for like 2-3 sec.
I'm cutting out a little under wot.

Just replace them if you have the new parts.
But to answer your question:
Yes and no.
You (IIRC, I have AE and I can view it with that) can see what your IPR Duty Cycle and ICP values are doing.
But you can't visually see any leaks without an actual leak test.
