Hello All,

It's time...

Can anybody recommend a Colorado Shop for a Dana 60 Swap?

Looking to get the swap and a mild lift done at the same time.

Thanks,
Mike

it really is not hard to do yourself if you have all the parts, and you can save yourself about a grand.

Thanks for the reply,

I see a match set of 3.73 1 ton axles from a 2004 Powerstroke F350 locally.
Dana 60 leaf spring front and s sterling rear with disk brakes.

Does anybody know if they will bolt up to my 96 F250 ?

Thanks,
Mike

yes, but they are not an exact fit. and you will have to use 99 and newer8X170mm rims. if it is a dually, you may have to use the 04 and newer 8X200mm rims.
your 96 uses 8X6.5 bolt pattern rims.

Like said above. It's mostly bolts up. You need a rsk for a superduty axle, track bar bracket and a f350 pitman arm. If those axles still have the springs. I would snag them up too. The superduty leaf springs are a upgrade.

I believe there is some modding that needs to be done to fit superduty rear springs too. But it's not too bad.
