I am new to the forum. I just bought a 2013 Ford F-350 powerstroke with a 9 foot cab n chassis. It had a work bed that the dealer took off and I am installing a aluminum flat bed. It has a large fuel tank in the back where a spare tire would normally go. I found it is not equipped with a spare tire hanger and I can not find a spot for it. Any Ideas?
You will have to fabricate your own. If there is enough space under the truck you can buy a hoist from Ford, if not then a spot where you can anchor a spare up front or on the bed.
As you drive around town look at other flatbed trucks and see where they mount their spares if they have them.
You might also look to see if you have a jack and a tire iron to remove the tires with, I doubt that you have them either.

i have never seen a cab/chassis truck come with a mounted spare or tire tools.
some of the smaller companies around here in central jersey will mount a spare tire on a cab protector over the cab.
