Need some help,, I’m assisting a friend on his 2014 crew cab f350 gasoline engine. But can’t figure out why the bushings bolts are spinning so he actually cut off the mount bolts and still wouldn’t come out from inside the of the cab.. is this a common thing for cab body mounts ??

There are captured nuts than can spin. You can access them under the floor mats/capret.

Capture nuts that spin. Yup. Had the same problem removing my spare. I was able to get a vice grip on the tab that prevents the nut from spinning. Good luck.
Btw,
S&B makes a sweet body bushing kit. Includes all new cups, hardware & a removal tool.
Imo, much nicer than energy suspension.
