Couple of days ago I was towing a trailer at around 2000 lbs and I got on a long hill about a mile climb, I had the cruise set at 70 mph and had the chip on 80 economy setting, i was making 10 pounds of boost, for grins I bumped the chip to extreme and the only change I could see was boost dropped to 8 psi, no change in EGT or anything else, after 20 seconds I switched it back to 80 economy and it went back up to 10 psi. Am I going to get better MPG in extreme at 8 psi or economy at 10 psi?

Thats really low amount of boost in my opinion it did go up when you got on it right ? I believe 65 to 70 but below 2000rpms is the best.

well along with this wat is the stock boost level on a o4 truck like myne im about to put guages in and dont now wat stock is or wat every thing should be
