UHH He is talking about an OBS truck Obs turbo is alittle better than a S/D unit. Hell mine will go almost 40 psi but its not very efficient at that pressure.

I would say 40 psi is goin to be stressin head studs and gaskets and turbo won't last long at all playing around that range..
Depends on tunes as to the motor lasting/head bolts gaskets etc. And how its driven !!

The stock turbo is no good past 27ish psi. My injectors eat them like candy.

Like before I really wouldnt take the stocker above 25psi, or have a heavy nasty exhaust on it either. Ive seen alot of center housings cracked because of poorly hung or just too friggin huge exhausts pulling on the turbo.
