Bod egr cooler leak

I had a bulletproof egr cooler installed on an 03 6.0 and I believe it's leaking exhaust from the clamp where it meets the Y pipe. Does that sound legit and if so is there something to seal it with, do I need a new clamp or is it possibly something else altogether? It got studs and an oil cooler at the same time. It has nearly no boost till about 2800 rpm or so and I can hear the pressure leak from the cabin. I'm fairly certain I've felt the leak and was hoping for help before I take the truck out of service an rip the turbo piping apart. Thanks.

I've personally never seen it happen, but I guess its possible. Its more likely that your egr cooler is t fully flush where it meets your up pipe. Ive installed egr coolers before and had it where I thought it was flush, gotten all the way back together, just to find a terrible whine on startup.
