A 2wd with enough power to break the output shaft?

To have the shaft made is just a phone call away.No matter who sells or say
they make the 300m shafts they all come from one guy.He is a very good friend of mine and I have tested all the ford and dodge shafts for him.The
stock shaft in a load cell took 1200fpt to break. The 300m shaft for the 4wd
broke the holding fixture at 2200fpt. I just had some new shafts made for
Maddog. Maddog has broke the 300m shafts in the past. The new ones are in testing and time will tell.

I like their tripledisc converter. For 844$ you get a stock unit! The billet version is no better. Imported front cover and same stock triple disc clutch
that ford has used since 1997 in all powerstrokes. But they can advertise
they have a billet converter! So does countless other companies. There is
a difference in quality!

But have you seen inside of a PI or any others. I have thousands infact.
I have no problem cutting open new $1000 converters. You can't believe
what you find behind those welds!

I will throw no rocks!

All the converters you guys talk about,I have used plenty of.
This is what lead me to were I'm at now. Somewhere between 100-145 billet
converters a year and still less than 10 failures. But it has taken 13yrs to get here!

Remember that when you own a trans shop your trans is no better than the converter you use nor if the trans blows because of a converter will the converter guy pay for anything. One thing that has always made me so damm
mad is that converter guys like to make changes and not tell you anything!
I feel like we do all the RnD at our expence. It really sucks!

But I love my job!

That is great that you have finally gotten to that point.

I know that not all converter guys are like that. But, I also know that it takes years of building a relationship that turns into more of a "family" relationship to get to that point.
I'm not saying that everything will go perfectly, but when the trans builder and converter builder work together, things do go so much better.
I have personally seen that respect between my trans builder and converter builder. They are like family and it works well for them both. RnD is shared and experience/knowledge is gained and both products continually improve.

It does take a lot of patience on both parts as well.
