Have almost 10k miles on my rebuild and other than this one minor thing it's still working great.

What would be the best way seeing as how I put in the full tugger kit along with many other changes, to soften up my light throttle 1-2 shift? The other shifts are great very quick but not harsh, should I get a new plate and drill the 1-2 hole a little smaller or change the spring setup in the body?

Thanks in Advance

Smart if you say something and one of the other gurus does not agree then the pissing match is on. So PM is the logical and least troublesome way. I have delt with a few people and have had good results. Jon sent me the parts to fix my last ill shifting E4od and it worked flawlessly. :redspotdance:

more of a matter ther are too many variables, Id rather talk on the phone as I type too slow and would rather get him fixed up properly.

What works for one will not always work for another.

Can't beat your customer service that is for damn sure. Mister you have gotten me out of plenty of jams.

Will do Jon just not sure when I will be able to call yet. Don't know if you recall my username from TDS but you helped me get the clearance right on my intermediate clutch(machining the piston). Had to call you then too and it all made sense after you told me the easy way to check the clearance. Oh yeah you also sent me an unmolested plate to drill after I hosed up the first one with a stupid mistake.

There is a local truck pull here tonight hoping to see some diesels but I don't know so I have to run there directly after work but will call to pick your brain if I get the chance.

I hadn't finished my sig before I posted David but I have Jody's 80e on the original NAW4 pcm, I really want to switch to the tde series as I hate the converter unlocking/relocking everytime i let off the throttle.

I got a BTS VB and they told me which holes to drill out if I wanted it stiffer.
