now has any one had this happen my belt exploded now this is the 2nd time now it not all gone it is still half a belt there.I think it could be the tensioner or the pulleys on it.Also new Fram OEM filter 6-gun on level 3 sucked it over 100% restriction WTF????

Yep, probably the tensioner assembly, but go ahead and check all the pullys. Not only for good bearings but also for alignment. Bet its the tensioner though.

Also, sounds like you have some kind of restrictions in the airflow. Try Wix filters.

most likely the tensioner, that is the most common belt problem on these trucks, seen it many times, See if there is a gap in the area of the spring for the tensioner, if u can see inside where that spring is, then it is bad. The belt will walk off over the A/C compressor

Just replaced my tensioner. That is most likely the problem there.

I picked up one at Auto Zone for the old 12v Cummins I had for $45. Not sure about a price for a Powerstroke though.
