Can't. IPR is the actuator that attempts to control the pressure of the HPO. I say attempts because on a weak pump you'll set the CEL at WOT.
The gauge would have to T into the signal (and, to get the best results, the power return) of the ICP sensor in order to show the actual pressure.
I did something like that, but at the PCM for a few sensors. But I got sidetracked before I could get it any ways close to done.
I've not seen the autometer gauge personally, but if it's anything like the newer ISSPRO gauges (including the HPO gauge), it'll be good stuff.
