I haven't personaly ran one. I have heard tons of bad stuff about them. The standard consensus it that ATS means another trany shot and their customer service is known to be the sh its. I'd get a JW or BTS.

For 4k bucks, i would also go look at BTS. BTS = Best Customer Service In the World!!!! - Powerstroke Nation If that thread doesn't sell you on their tranny's im not sure what will...
