Just curious if anyone is still running propane injection in there powerstrokes. It seems like everyone is going to nos. Is there a drawback to running it? Does it provide some good towing power?

No one runs propane for big power gains unless they like having a boat anchor for an engine.
Many people that have used propane have lost engines. There are a few lurkers around who are still using a very very mild amount of propane for mileage gains only, and many of those engines are still running. A few have blown apart even with a small amount of pane.
In short, not many people will recommend it here.
