if i understand correctly,they fly you out to texas,and put you up for the 2 week class,then when you get swinging,they give you like 1250 a week,but you halfto make them 1750 a week and everything above the 1750 they split with you...so if it's good you could make some coin.they havent yet told me what happens if you dont fill youe quota,and it's a 5 year contract

Every franchise will have some kind of contract and/or licensing agreement, plus a renewal policy, quota, or similar, etc. etc.

However, it's the fee structure that you need to pay close attention to. Find out the penalties, grace period (there should be one, if not... RUN!!!), and see if there is some kind of bonus for going over a certain quota.

Also contact several other franchise owners directly affiliated with that business and ask them those questions. See if they are satisified, what issues they have run into, and get some advice from them first before signing a contract.
