i dunno, just dont use phoenix trans in phoenix they are horrible.

theres supposed to be a manual only reman shop in fortworth thats supposed to be real good and stand behind there work well. i cant remember the name right now

I know this is an old thread, but if you still need one, Dan is the guy to go to. I think his shop is called midwest Trans or something like that. We just did the same thing in my dads 94 and he got us everything we needed (including a single mass flywheel and clutch for a very good price.

you check out the truck wreckers in Sacramento or Rancho Cordova? Also one in Vallejo on Napa-Vallejo highway (Hwy 29) not far from Hwy 29 Cafe.

i second rancho cordova, i got a complete auto to zf5 conversion for just under 2k. if you have one that needs a rebuild, i got a rebuild kit from mac's transmission pretty cheap.
