Have a 2000 ford f350 7.3 auto. Tranny cooler lines in re almost rusted out. I have the two line I will be replacing on top of tranny cooler and I feel like I'm going to take more parts off than I might need to. I have searched and cant find any written installation tips. Any help would be appreciated. What all needs to come off? Attached are the two lines I am trying to replace. Thanks again.

This was simple, took grill off, left line on tranny cooler and disconnected them at the opposite end. Than loosened bolts that held cooler on and lifted cooler out and removed lines from cooler that way. I than flushed cooler with transmission can flush, even though some say not to use it. I hooked new lines up to the other existing lines from tranny, feed and fished lines where they went before up to the front of radiator and than hooked cooler back up and used crows foot wrench to install new lines at cooler. Make sure you mark the two lines probably when removing so you do not switch. New clamps should always be used if you can. I smelled tranny fluid a few days after while driving but I believe it was from atf that I got over truck. All is good though after almost a month. Preventive maintenance.
