These D60s are becoming harder to find at a decent price , I found a 91 D60 . Still over priced but what will the differences be and changes I have to make in order you bolt it under my 03 7.3 . Spring perches, brakes, wheel pattern? Also can the parts be all purchase at the local part store and not have to worry about having to hunt parts all the time. I've done quite a bit of SAS on chevys but it was always custom fab stuff . I would like to do this to my f350 but keep it as close to stock as possible . All the research I've done doesn't quite answer the small questions as I already have the experience with what it takes to do the swap. I just have a few small fine tuning questions ... Thanks guys.

you can probably find a whole truck for the price of the 60. There seems to be a lot of 60s in the east, but the farther west you go, the harder they are to find.

Yea I'm in the mid west , the east has them cheap cause of usual rust issues . Here in KS nobody really knows anything about diesels. They strap a edge on with a intake and giant exhaust and think it's the John force of diesel. Prices for any of the stuff are outrageous , so finding a whole truck is not my answer and deff not a cheaper option.
wheel pattern is definitely different between your 91 axle and 03 truck. 91 would be 8x6.5 pattern and your 03 is 8x170
That's what I figured. Probably more work than its worth.
