Got the twins up and running and when it hits 60 psi the egt's go back down and the boost quits. Thought it was the stock fuel system but after putting a
Fass 180 on, the same thing happens.
Made sure pressure was staying at 65 psi.
Now What bigger sticks, hone out these, different brand,(Beans 400cc plus)or chip. Smokes like crazy trying to drive it on the highway but cleans up at 60 psi. When I say smoke I mean cover the hole 4 lane taking off.

What injectors now?

Running *** setup with Beans sticks. Yes 2 turbos 60psi of boost and it go downhil form there. 65psi of fuel pressure. Thanks Joe

So your boost drops off when it hits 65?

I would check for a boost leak, or maybe it's defueling?

Sounds like it may be defueling somewhere in there. I take it you have watched the fuel pressure while @ WOT? Also pull the air filter to make sure it isnt restricting it.

We have some new things we can do to those injs Joe that will get them flowing better.

Put a scanner on it and see what psi boost the map is seeing when it starts to defuel. Either that or just unplug the sensor and give it a run up and see if it does the same thing.

My truck used to do the same thing on the 2-3 shift at WOT. Once it shifted it would take back off.

Removed air filter and installed fuel gauge still got problem. Ran the truck with AE hooked up and Showed 17.95 boost and 2497 ICP. Back to the drawing board. :shrug:
