on my E350, I just put a new front end under it and had a Goodyear align it, but the steering wheel is off, Can I just move both adj sleeves the same # of turns to fix the steering wheel and not affect toe? (goodyear is to far away to bring back, and after telling 3 guys there to make sure wheel is straight they still got it wrong)

Depends on your linkage set up. Some have a tie rod end you can adjust the steering wheel only. It run from the passenger side to the pitman arm. Just loosen the sleeve and set the steering wheel to the right position.

yeah the linkage goes from pitman arm to right wheel, and the left tie rod attaches to the middle of the right tie rod, so if you adjust one with out the other you will mess with toe.
