I had a friend come over this weekend saying his L/R brake caliper was leaking and the ABS light was on.

I checked the caliper and found he did not put the copper washer on the line when he took the caliper off. Leak solved.

We blead the brakes (all four calipers)for an extended period of time. Brakes got better but not perfect and the ABS light is still on.

Anything else to do to try to get these brakes squared away or just keep bleading? Thnx, DJ

Well im not sure if this is your problem or not, because i didnt have soft brakes but my ABS light came on because of a failed wheel speed sensor in the rear end.

Hope this helps

Im not sure if there is or not, maybe just pull it and clean it and see if that clears the problem. It is the only sensor on the pumpkin i believe, its on the very top.
