Every once and a while my abs light comes on. It did it once when i got on the brakes had but not hard enough to use the abs. It has come on a few time if i take off hard and get wheel hop. I looked on my spartan it says something about brake input b anyone have any idea what that means?

There will be a code stored, and it should still be covered under warranty, shouldn't it?
I'd take it in.

No warranty on my truck 115,000 miles as far as i know abs codes are not stored in the ecu it has its own ecu and takes a different scanner to read them.

Auto Enginuity will read them, I know at least in the earlier models. I am sure they kept this function in the new ones software too. (AE's software)
It will have a code, for sure. You get to them from the OBDII port, and it'll read ABS, Air bag, and the rest.
