whats up everyone, so lets see who actually knows there sh*t on here. figure this problem out!

vehicle: 97 F350 4x4 PSD, E4OD, 165k miles, edge evo cs, 4" turbo back exhaust, 6637 air filter

concern: vehicle lacks power on take off from a stop, truck screws from 2000rpms and above but will not get outa it own way from idle to 2000rpms especially when cold, happens hot also. pulled contribution codes for cylinders 5,6 and 7. codes will not clear and truck idles funny with a slight skip or roughness to it. truck makes 24psi boost at 3400rpm but lacks power/has no low end power/dogs off the line

diagnostics performed: check fuel pressure pulses from 60-90psi. injector buzz test passed. manual compression test on all 8 cylinders 390-400psi. checked for dirt or crap at bottom of fuel bowl ok. run engine at 2krpms for 2 minutes then remove hpop reservoir plug and found bubbles in oil then they go away after a few minutes but return after running engine again. could probably play with that all damn day. checked turbo shaft for play ok and turbo builds boost. idm has been swapped out also

parts that have been replaced: adrenaline hpop, icp, ipr, ipr harness, oil and filter, fuel filter, fuel lift pump, both valve cover gaskets and all 4 uvc harnesses, replaced those 3 injectors for cylinders 5,6 and 7 and all new o-rings and still have same problem and same codes.

still have power issue after replacing all those parts. what the hell else could it be? bad pcm? compression problem? what else am I missing?

Did you try removing the Edge. Could just be poor tuning. Just a thought.

Did you do another contribution test after replacing the three injectors? Could be a wiring issue to those injectors. Might be illustrative to move some of the UVCHs around, see if the problem moves with it. Or even swap injectors around, and see if the problem "follows". If it's not the wiring, and you're thinking electronics, it's more likely the IDM than the PCM, since that's what develops the high voltage for the injectors.

trans was just rebuilt with T/C, had problem before trans was built. removed edge and its even worse. those 3 injectors were replaced twice and UVCH's replaced with ford harnesses and have been moved and disconnected and reconnected serveral times with no change. contrinution test has been performed several times as well and still same problem. IDM has been swapped out with a know good one from a 96 cali truck and also from an 02 SD and still no change. could the other 5 injectors be bad and causing this issue? also could injector cups be the cause? there is NO diesel fuel in coolant and cannot smell diesel fuel in oil.
