Any CEL? Need more info on the truck such as recent maintenance performed? Any mods like a chip? Check the Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) solenoid nut to make sure it is there and snug. Oil level? Fuel pressure? Oil in he ICP connection? Cheers!

no CEL. It’s honestly been doing the studdering and knocking since last February after I fried an idm. So I replaced the idm and it started. I’ve got PHP hydra chip with custom tunes for my baby swamp injectors. I’ve looked at the IPR and it was tight. I’ve changed the ICP with a motorcraft one. Oil level is good. Recently did an oil change. Fuel pressure is 60 psi idling and 30 when matted. I’ve already replaced the fuel pump recently. No oil in ICP sensor. I’ve got a swamps high voltage high frequency idm. I don’t think is a fuel supply problem. I changed out all my injectors because I thought that might be the problem. But it wasn’t, so everything under the valve cover is pretty well new. Including UVC harness. Also has a fluttering idle. It just feels like the fuel is just getting cut off for a second

Maybe the idm isn't the only thing you fried. Do a contibution test buzz test see what is failing. Then back probe your wires to injectors from idm and see which one is missing continuity
