I've been through everything on the crank no start flowchart. Changed out CPS and tested ICP (before I knew I had no fuel pressure). After having no luck with CPS and ICP I decided to swap out IPR and IPR harness. Damn thing still won't start. Fuses were fine. Started looking into fuel pressure and doesn't have any. Fuel pump was changed out by previous owner before I bought it at 178,XXX. Currently at 207,XXX. I'm stumped. Bad fuel pump again? What do I look for now?

With zero fuel pressure I'd be looking at the fuel pump again. Yours wouldn't be the first truck to have one fail shortly after being replaced.

Even with a bad FPR spring and clogged you should get some kind of indication of fuel pressure.
