I just got my hands on a 96 f350 diesel with 134k its a 4x4 with a mason dump. I will be using it as a tool truck for my company but when winter comes it will be my plow truck. It is completely stock, and as mint as you can get. I am thinking about a 3" down pipe, air intake and removing the cat. Do you guys think its a good move or should i leave it stock because my men will be useing it day to day until winter comes?

Personally i think its a good idea to do the dp and air intake that way it can breathe a lil easier.

Lose the cat and even go straight pipe all the way .... Definitely do the down pipe and get a Tymar intake as well ....

Do the DP without a dought. I have a Tymar filter at my garage that you can have. And you never came by to show me the truck :(
