Hi everyone, I'm doing my first 7.3 rebuild on my 02 F350 and I have a few questions on fuel system/fuel modifications. My main objective is increasing power while maintaining reliability in my daily driver, which I also haul with. My target goal is between 400 and 500 hp with proper tuning. Here are the upgrades I have made so far.

ATS Aurora 4000 Turbo
South Bend Dual Disc Clutch
Mishimoto Intercooler
Swamps 160/100% injectors
Swamps IDM
Adrenaline HPOP
Gearhead Auto Hydra Tuner
Irate Plenums
ARP Head Studs
Swamps Chromely Pushrods
Diamond Eye 5inch Exhaust
OEM Forged Metal rods
Gearhead Stage 1 Camshaft
Powerstroke Lifter Set
Comps Cam Valve Springs

Does anyone have suggestions for fuel mods to help achieve stable and moderate hp improvement?

I have done the engine teardown and will do the rebuild once parts come back from my machinist. And like I said, I'm new to engine rebuilds, so if I'm doing something wrong, feel free to say so. Thanks so much!

Irate Regulated Return (~$600) or Irate Full Fuel System (~$1100)

Have you already bought all those parts you listed?

Yes and they're all slowly trickling in.
Thanks, I've been debating between Irate and Strictly Diesel...have you used either?

I personally would skip the 160/100's and go to 160/30's or jump to 238/80's.

Skip the Aurora turbo and do a kc turbos. Depending on which injectors is what fuel system you need. With 160cc injectors you really only need in tank mods and a frx from riff raff. The 238cc need a full system like posted above.

Since you have studs and valve springs you don't have to worry about going up to hybrids.

160/30 as said above. Makes towing “majestic”

Kcturbo but honestly, you can get everything at dieselsite (turbo, fuel system, transmission). stay away from ats.

Fuel system - my next system is dieselsite. Theirs looks so easy to install. Looks good too but I probably won’t get to that stage in life. Always under 500hp so no need.

Just for better delivery of fuel though, can’t go wrong with cncfabs fuel lines. It’s enough to feed any injectors you desire.

Yes, I run the full "Standard Super Duty Fuel System" from Irate Diesel and also have a sump. Have had it on about 6 months and been flawless so far.

Don't know if you can see my signature, but my build for reference: 238/80, KC38r, Irate Fuel System + sump, Adrenaline HPOP, Riff Raff Plenums/Boot Kit/Boost Fooler/AIH Plug and waiting on Dorsey Diesel stage 2 trans to arrive.

You could also go with sinister diesels regulated fuel return system, it's also a delete kit for the stock fuel bowl, which tends to crack and leak causing fuel loose or fires. I installed it on my 01, installing took a lot of work but it increased the fuel line size and also puts the 2 ports in the back of the heads to use. Its gives a steady 65 to 70 psi on the system depending what you set it to, I run mine at 68psi.
