]I have a 2000 F350 7.3 and have never had any issues starting. Now due to the cold my truck will not start unless plugged in when the temps are in the 20's. I have a couple questions, I checked the glow plug relay and with the key turned my meter would jump erradically from the 12v range back to 2 to 6 but never stay constant at 12v on that side, is my GPR bad? I also have always been running two 750 batteries and have been told to go up to 850's or even 1000's to get it started in the cold, any ideas? Thanks

GPR reading should stay constant.
