I have a 2001 f350 7.3 and I'm looking into the s&b cold air intake.
I am currently running a ts6 position chip and am going to be upgrading to bigger injectors. Is s&b the way to go? Or should I go with something else?

^thats the exact one im using right now! works well brings alot more air into the engine, and comes with a sleeve to keep out the moisture and water. I feel it was money well spent, compared to the more expensive air intakes.

I'm going to go against the grain here.
I would do the s&b. What I can't answer is if it will support bigger injectors.
Next would be the blue riffraff 6637. But same thing here.

And yes, I am running a standard 6637. Even with a newer filter, I can suck down the filter minder about 1/4.

I've heard good about both 6637 and s&b obvious difference is the price. What I would like to know if anyone had ran the big boost filter or not

Where are you seeing the big boost filter?

Riff raft diesel, when viewing the 6637 filters it shows the original filter, the blue, and a "big boost" filter

Ah.... the afe. Many 6.7 guys are running afe filters.
Good thing about it is it's cleanable. I don't know how the filtration specs compare.

Gotcha, that's the first I've seen it and wasn't sure which was best. Are you aware of which is better between 6637 white and blue?

The 6637 is a NAPA equivalent filter (not really), the Donaldson B08511 is the original filter used by Tymar and the Donaldson blue element is a special order filter with higher efficiency and higher flow than the B08511.

The B08511 was tested by one of the performance shops to 800+hp, how much do you plan to make?

I thought he was saying Napa sells one just like the blue riffraff one.
