I'm wondering if there is any way that coolant from the fuel cooler system and get into the engine coolant system. Here is why I'm an iddiot and put green coolant into the fuel cooler system approx a pint worth and I was still getting high fuel temps so I took it to ford and they want to flust the whole engine. Because of it. 850 bucks worth of flushing. I made it very clear that I that the green coolant went into the fuel cooler system.

No, they are two completely separate cooling systems. If you put green coolant in the fuel cooling system its not the end of the world. If you are getting high fuel temperatures either your electric circulating pump is not coming on, or the system is air locked from a previous drain & refill. The front mounted radiator is prone to trapping air when refilling.

here is a little info in another thread
