Auto is headed south so instead of putting money into it wanting to put a zf6 in. Think I have read all the post on the conversion but want to double check the parts list any advice or things I'm missing or don't need please help. Transmission, clutch pedal, master slave, trans hump, shifter and boot, ECM, trans wiring harness, transmission crossmember, engine adapter plate, clutch and flywheel. Am I missing anything? I sent a message to [email protected] hungry performance to see if he can do a roll back and convert the ECM to manual calibration. And during my reading they say that I need a different input on my t case but specs say both 5r110 and zf6 use 34 spline output. Can anyone clear that up? If anyone has leads on parts that would be very helpful thanks

So the output shafts are the same on the 5r and the zf?

I did a 4r100 swap to zf6 behind a 2000 7.3_

I had to swap the transfer case input as the zf6 has more splines.

I like a manual transmission- so to me it was worth it. And the mpg went up a little around town town.

The 4R100 and 5R110 have different output shafts.

I've been told that the 5R110 has the same output shaft as the ZF6.
