hi all i am tryin to get to 500 hp but not over cause i do not want to do rods yet. so i will be using 240cc hybrids w/ 80% over nozzles and a stock
h2e. i was thinkin of a fuel system and just using one pump to kind of act as a limiting factor. how does this setup sound? thanks

I believe you'll want more turbo with that amount of fuel. A modded h2e or something in that range. Also, I was told that low fuel pressure to the injectors is not good. No lubrication when theres no fuel supplied to them. So, you'll probly want to use tuning to limit the power , not the fuel system.
Other than that sounds good.

An 80% over nozzle sounds like high egts lotsa smoke and lil power.

Id say your on your way, definately get or build a fuel system so you got the fuel and pressure you need.

yea i was goin to use the turbo as a limit as well the fuel i was hopin a single sd pump would be enough but if i need two i will

really? how come that is what the nozzles in my stage twos are just wonderin cause i really do not know do i need more over?

Build it up with all the good stuff and let the tuning limit the power not other parts. My dad always told me to do things right the first time if you don't you will end up spending more money in the long run.

yea i know i just can not afford rods and was wantin a buffer i know the h2e will be fine not enough but fine till it gets modded and i was planin on a fuel system

Figure out how far you want top go with it now, and start with the right stuff first. It'll save ya a lot down the road. If your like me, you'll want more later on. Go on and get some b-codes, and a good turbo, and detune it. Then when you get the good stuff, turn it on up! I just got my injectors back from bean, and its night and day different. WAY more power than before. But, like always, I want more. If, a couple years ago, I'd got some b-codes, and detuned, I could now, go get some rods, and a bigger fuel system, other odds and ends, and have less money in it, and even more power. BTW, wanna buy some 230cc singles with around 1,000 miles on em? I need more.:D. I can have em out and to you by next weekend.:rockwoot:
Uhhh, bean, can you hook me up with more fuel by then?:ford:. never ends , does it?lol

i know b -codes may happen one day but i am going to have mine turned into hybrid for WAY less that will be enough for now

and i maybe would but then i would need big oil lol like you said it never ends

thats funny my 200% over seem to do alright:poke::D

Talk to bean and see what he thinks you should do for nozzles. I prefer them on the larger side, but most have better luck with smaller sized to help control smoke and egt's. I really think with hybrids, h2e and single pump you'll be very close to 500 IF you have the tuning to go along with it.

How big are 200% over nozzles?? And where they EH or EDM??

The nozzle he has are .0075" X 7 holes. They are not EDM or EH. An EH 80% would pour fuel out. These are different. I am betting yours luke are from the same design. If so they are .01175" holes.

These are the same ones i use. Very nice, and affordable.

I have seen the .01175" seem to work well with the 275cc range.

twin hpop pumps for sure, and whatever fuel system you do be sure that it holds the pressure at wot bad on injectors if it doesnt, modded H2, good tuning, and some hybrids with large nozzles you probably need a bigger intercooler though keeping that kind of power cool is hard with the stock 6.0ic
