Im new to this forum and this is my first post:rockwoot:
Just wondering if anyone makes a 5" stainless strait pipe kit?

Is there anything i can look forward to as far as straight piping goes?

The 5" wouldn't have an effect on anything but tailpipe temp, and exhaust note pitch.

A 4" system is plenty for functionality. You can't fit a 5" piece of tube behind the engine for the downpipe unless you want to break out the porta-power or a BFH.

I have 4" tube from the turbine outlet back and about a foot and a half of 5" (not chrome bs) on the end to help mellow the tone.

Although now there is no sound out the tailpipe anyway.

I haven't heard of a 5" downpipe for a 7.3L either. Usually when you order a 5" kit it comes with a 4" dp. Diamond Eye makes a good kit. I personally like the 5" over the 4" for looks & sound. It all depends how much you want to spend & what you want it to do.

Spend the extra money on some go fast parts, not look good parts!!

Magnaflow makes a 5" stainless kit as well as Moto Blue.

Both will use a 4" downpipe.

I want to change just my intermediate pipe and tailpipe to 5"....but cant find anyone to sell me just those pieces.
