can you put an 4R100 in an OBS Stroker?

find a stocker to put in place
find a nice cheap obs and go from there

i really really want to go to school and i think this would be a good option to go without really loosing my butt!

It is pretty much plug and play. You disregaurd(they are not needed) the sensor connections on the top. Just plug in the harness on the solinoid pack and go. I had help on mine we swaped the shift linkage and I used my OBS shift indicator or what ever you call the part (electrical)that goes over the shift shaft. Yes convertors will work. Basically a 4r100 is just the e4od at its last and best incarnation it has all the [email protected]$$ed parts. Allen

P.S. the T-cases use the same mount bolt pattern.

P.S. to my above post my Bud who did my obs trans convertion (mods to make it work in the obs) says the pump is modded as well.

Uh I have a modded pump, swaped shift linkage and shift position switch. Orange solinoid pak,Modded valve bodyand of course a purple converter.What other way do you do this?

Can't say I just did what I was told by my bud and it works , I have a stock 4r100 with a purple converter . And it works well. Might PM Racer X or big block horse. They can help you out. I just tear them up and others help me fix em.

Is it a stick or an auto, an F250 or F350? That makes a big diffrence.
For a single cab with 240k $5500 is too high for my tastes.
