Got some information on problems with my 3-4 shift flare from a friend who is HUMMER trans tech.He said if he recalls correctly Superduty's use a pulsewith lockup solinoid unlike OBS trucks that use a on off solinoid for converter lock.He said the solinoid pulses lockup during the3-4 shift and that I needed to speed up the lockup (pulse with) in the tuning. Does this sound right or is this BS.

The torque converters are pulse width modulated. And the lock up points can be changed through tuning. Have you called Jody and talked to him about your problems?
