i cant think of anything the body itself dosnt weigh more. maybe some of the wiring harnesses arnt long enough. my truck has a 1" body lift on it so i can get the 6speed in it one of theese days but i used stock height poly mounts and put a 1" steel spacer in there.

idk, it seems stupid to me. personally if you can lift a 460 f350 then u should be able to lift the diesel. only thing i can thing off is the hoses, and also the wiring harness's, but it dont really think those would be severly affected.
I know people who have them on their trucks, just trying to verify before i spend $100. I mainly just want to make sure i can fit 36" iroks. and right now with the TTB and my bumper which is already pretty shimmed enough to fit my 35's.

keep in mind, if your SD intercooler is sitting on the frame, you'll need to come up with new mounts, and the fan shroud will most likely need to be moved up to avoid contact with the fan, the bumpers will have to be raised up or they'll have a gap. Make sure that any wiring is long enough. But on the plus side it will make lots of extra room for down pipe clearance.

moony you can do it. The kit just doesnt want to bother with the hoses and so on. remember your going to have to adjust all the brake lines, coolant hoses, possibly trans lines, your shroud wont fit your fan might hit the hoses, your CAC tubes wont fit and it'll creek and make noise like crazy. Kinda lotsa work.

yeah its only $100 but the little stuff yer gunna end up buying to make it fit will up the price to $200+ AND it'll creek and shift and I hate em :) But I'll sell ya one if ya want it. :) I'd look at an RSK and a custom drop bracket for the center.

I've seen diesels with body lifts but I'd highly suggest against it. Besides all the other crap you will have to do to make it work you have now lengthened your body bolts by 3". In an accidient they will be much more likely to sheer. I've seen it happen on a Ranger and there is a LOT more weight behind your truck than a Ranger to put the stress on those bolts. The Ranger's cab came completely loose from the frame.

One reson not to do it is BODY LIFTS SUCK another is after time they will make holes in the cab and bed and your truck will looked all jacked up.

i trimmed the fan shroud and shortened my cac pipes. i dont have a camera right now and dont have any pics. the only reason i did it was so i can get the 6speed in there and some more room for the 4" dp. when i do all my interior work i may drop the body lift back off of it and do some sheetmetal work to fit the trans and dp in.

I'll second the RSK, improve the ride at the same time you won't have to mess with relocating everything else to make it work.
