I dropped the tank and did the hutch mod, now I am in the process or reinstalling the tank. The return line quick connect went on fairly easy, but the big line will not stay on there! Is it possible to replace just the connection or do I have to replace that line? What part should I look for? I am looking to install a pre pump filter so what is the easiest way to go about it?

I was able to use the clip to hold it on there, but doubt it will hold up. I poured a few gallons in tank to see if it would crank and it did not. I will add more fuel tomorrow and try. The weird thing is the fuel gauge now says the tank is totally full (i was very careful with the float and it did not break)
